This blog is a way for us to make pictures available to our family and friends. If you would like to join us, you are welcome!

You’ll notice the name of our blog has changed to “El Porche” from “The Porch”.  The Spanish term is not very different.  Spanish because we are in Honduras!!

“The Porch” and “translating southern hospitality” reference our desire to share the love of Christ in an open home with ‘down home’ relationships expressed in our interests, passions and gifts — which often take  linguistic, artistic, local, culinary and technological forms.

We traveled to Honduras May 3, 2013 and return June 9.
