The porch in the new header is the upstairs porch of our Honduran home. Â Lovely porch to to enjoy and learn Spanish and Honduran life. Â The whole house is peaceful.
I’ve already enjoyed reading on the porch.  Perfect for relaxing. Kinsley has enjoyed viewing the sights too. But so far I think he most enjoys the downstairs porch.
Saturday evening, Kinsley had already found a good place in the downstairs porch to play with his front loader.
He also had his first encounter with Honduran wildlife.
Yesterday morning I was still trying to get my eyes open. Kinsley came into the room for his shoes or something. He had a shovel and a bucket in hand and a delighted smile on his face. He was going out to the porch to dig.
The toys are here for the granddaughter of our  hosts. – Hugo and Gloria.  Gloria happily pulled them out for Kinsley. When we asked her what she wanted Kinsley to call her, she said ‘Abuela’ (grandmother)
The granddaughter, also named Gloria, came today around noon. Of course there were naps. But later they bonded with one of Kinsley’s favorite activities. Watering plants.Â
